Initial Step: The best place to start is a 60-min Eval/Treat either In-Home or 55-min Eval/Treat via Telehealth. This is recommended to establish a clear understanding of your medical history and the best plan of care for you.

A FREE 15-20 min Screen is included in your initial scheduled appointment.  If appropriate, we will continue your one-hour evaluation to determine a personalized plan to help you meet your goals.  If the 15-minute assessment determines that physical therapy is not appropriate for you, a FULL REFUND is provided.
