Kinetic Flow PT provides not only wide variety of physical rehab services through personal care but also for personal injury and work injury cases. We also provide expert knowledge and consultation for court cases and testimonials.
Personal and Work Injuries
Kinetic Flow PT accepts patients injured in a car accident through Medical Lien and those injured on the job through Worker's Compensation. We work closely with patients, families, doctors, case managers, and attorneys to create and coordinate a patient’s rehabilitation strategy and get them on the road to recovery. Accidents and injuries can negatively impact a person’s quality of life and our team is focused on helping patients meet their recovery goals. Therapists will evaluate patients and discuss the details of the accident or injury and collect a full medical history. Next, a therapist will evaluate a patient’s physical injuries, limitations, and compensational strategies to determine a rehabilitation plan which may include tissue work, corrective exercises, and a schedule of therapy. Our methods are outcome-based and focused on long-term health.

Expert Witness and Consulting Services
Kinetic Flow PT works directly with attorneys, expert witness agencies, and insurance companies to provide witness services. We offer litigation consultation, opinion reports, expert witness testimony, deposition, and court appearances.

Consultation rate: $350 per hour
Deposition rate: $500 per hour plus any additional expenses.

Rate includes preparation, testimony, and standby time. A retainer for deposition preparation, typical 4-8 hours, to be paid no less than 5 days prior to deposition and is non-refundable. Payment for deposition to be paid at the time of deposition by the opposing counsel.
Court Testimony: Day rate is $4,000 per day and $2,500 for a half day. The rate for preparation time for court testimony is $500 per hour. Additionally, travel and extra expenses will be billed to the client. A retainer for court preparation, typically 8-12 hours, to be paid no less than 5 days prior to Court appearance and is non-refundable. Court testimony fee required to be paid on date of Court appearance prior to testimony.

Travel Rate: $250 per hour when outside of Los Angeles County, California plus travel expenses.
